BT WiFi extender 750

Hello!

I had my Broadband upgraded yesterday from Fibre 2 to Fibre 250 with Halo 3.

I have been going through everything resetting passwords and resetting all my devices.

Everything seems ok apart From the WIfi 750 extender.

It doesn't show on my devices, I found a link to a BT Device configuration & Installation Tool, but all the link takes me to is the BT online help page . I have tried a factory reset and it's still the same. All I get after the initial reboot is two flashing red LEDs. Any idea how I can access the device, please?
