BT extender 300

My extender(300) has stop working , you can contact but no WiFi . I have tried to reset and reconnect using method 1 and 2 but they both fail . I just get a flashing slow red light . The router seems to think it’s connected and the WPS switches off and the extender flashes orange then it goes back to flashing red . Method 2 just times out
