who can help, I cannot get the data light on my mini connectors, I’ve tried all the suggested resets to get mini connector to communicate but everything I’ve tried has failed, as you’ll guess no apps on tv, I’ve had it suggested both connectors should be on the same ring main electrical circuit , so with the extended Ethernet cable supplied by BT, I’ve tried this, again no luck
I’ve taken out all other connections from hub, again no success, I’ve had spare mini connectors, tried them, again the same, what can be the issue?
