it’s back to not working on my phone, still works on iPad though through personal hotspot, clearly an issue connecting to my phone

Hi @Shaunl1990 I'm really sorry about the delay getting back to you, I haven't been about for a couple of days to see your reply. When you're unable to connect via your mobile data is your partners phone able to connect via wifi at the same time?
it was able to connect at the same time yeah.
unfortunately I’ve sent it back and went for another brand as I didn’t need the hassle. Thanks for trying to help though
