BT smart hub2 --WiFi off and still get 2.4Ghz EMF reading

I switched off the wifi to use ethernet. But I'm still getting a 2.4Ghz reading from the hub. Does anyone know why? 
I also requested BT hotspot to be shut off and it was a few months ago.

You cannot totally shut off the hub WiFi.  This has been covered on similar posts on forum.  You would need 3rd  party router to be able to stop WiFi altogether

Even after BT fon is disabled, the BT smart hub still emits wifi. It doesn't show up in network settings but can be read by a meter. Basically the same as when Wifi is enabled.
