Thanks. I tried that yesterday. They said my tablet was 4.1 and it's only supported by 4.4 and above. I checked my tablet and it's supposed to be 4.4.2 whatever that means. WiFi is fine . The error 5 came from the camera speaker but it seemed to be cut short. Might need to invest in a new tablet. One is 5 years old the other 3 years old both bought from BT as was the webcam.
Keith, if on the off chance that I would like to change the admin password would it be done on a secure page? Reason for asking is that when I put my current one in to isolate smart controls is that the page said "insecure" in red. Thank you.
