BT whole home guest network.

Hello, I've been using whole home as a mesh WiFi for my local football club. There is very limited bandwidth as we have a lot of devices going through it and only get speeds of about 30mbps. They would like to offer guest WiFi which I know is a feature of the whole home.

I have two questions.

1) does the whole home prioritise the main network and therefore will not notice a significant drop in speed for devices on the main network?

2) how many devices can be connected to the guest WiFi at once?

Re: BT whole home guest network.

1) Yes. bandwidth limitation are in place for the Guest Wi-Fi but it is based on Wi-Fi usage not Internet bandwidth usage, if the Wi-Fi usage reaches 100%, the guest Wi-Fi will be limited to 20% airtime. if the Wi-Fi usage is below 100% then no limits apply.
2) Yes, limited to 32 Guest and 32 Main SSID Users per disc.
