BT whole home

Hello

I was part of the trial with BT whole home last year. However once ended I had taken the discs out for redecoration of some of the rooms the discs were in and never replaced back.

So been inactive for some months and now wish to reinstall them in my new house (since moved). However the BT whole home app is very buggy, the app keeps crashing, BT logo keeps flickering on main page of the screen.

Could this be down to the fact the hubs are still on trial firmware or down to the app (I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times on my Google pixel 2 XL).

I can't seem to update discs either via the app as it's too buggy.

Final question, I assume the whole home kit works with any ISP? As I'm looking to go to Sky Fibre.

Any advice/solutions appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure about the firmware.

 

Can you connect one disc via ethernet to your router and perhaps use teh web portal to check?

 

And yes will work with any ISP
