BT8600 with Call guardian: It's blocking all calls and I cannot log in
Previously working for 18 months, the Advanced Call blocker is blocking all incoming calls. When I try to access call guardian it asks me to setup a pin, when I enter a new pin it Bleeps three times and says it cannot connect. It has been setup previously with a pin so it looks like it's got an problem.
When calling externally it says the user is not accepting calls and it shows the blocked calls so the calls are getting through.

Hi @norma1 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT8600 phone. Have you tried resetting the handset and base station settings yet? If not give that a try and let me know if it works. The instructions are on page 66 of the user guide.
