Baby monitor going mute

Hello, we have a video baby monitor 6000 for over a year. And I have noticed the last two weeks is going on mute without us selecting it! Everything works fine! We have sound on it and after a while it goes on mute. Is this normal!? I mean if baby cries we don’t hear it!!

Hi @CarinaSilva, welcome to the forum and sorry that the baby monitor is on mute and you can't hear your baby.
