We’ve set up all three discs today without issue using the app and have connected various devices but whenever I go into the app now it says it needs to download an essential update firmware, but then it whirs around for ages before saying there was no response from your network please try again later. I can’t get into any other parts of the app as it instantly prompts me to dowload the firmware every time I access it. How can I do the dowload without using the app? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
You can use the web interface, use mybtdevice.home in your browser and enter the admin password shown on the little plastic tab on the bottom of the disc. Go to the System tab and one of the options is update the firmware. Note, the device you use to do this must be connected to the Whole Home wi-fi.
