Broadband drop out for large uploads

Hi

My broadband keeps dropping out when I try to upload large files, its driving me mad.  I have seen that a firmware update is required to fix the issue but getting hold of anyone is causing me just as many issues.  Can someone on the forums please help.  A similar (if not idenitical) issue is detailed within this post https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Devices/Homehub-6-internet-drops-out-with-large-uploads/m-p/1893040#M...

I have FTTP and a BT HUB 6

As you are on FTTP, I am not sure if the moderators can help, however..

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.

@dworrall Thanks for posting and welcome to the BT community forum, I'm really sorry your connection is dropping out when uploading large files.  If you send over your details the mod team will be happy to get our Hub experts to take a look at this for you.

@Keith_Beddoe Thanks for highlighting, we're able to raise these with the Hub team regardless of what type of connection the customer has.
