Quick question - Both legs on my Hub and Disc are broken. Do BT offer replacements / new hubs/discs or do I need to pay for a new ones? Thanks.

Any electrical device will need replaced if damaged, without the feet it will fall over and can block the vent which restricts the airflow.
Ring BT and report the damage, request a replacement.
