Hi - just bought a twin handset and followed set up but now both handsets showing synchronising handset most of the time and I cannot access some features or turn call blocking off as thought that may be the problem. Can anyone help?

Do you have a large number of contacts stored in your phone? The more contacts that are stored the longer it will take for the handsets to synchronise before you can change any settings via the handset. You should be able to wait a short while in order for the handsets to synchronise and then use the handset to change any settings, but if this process is taking longer than say 10 seconds then it may suggest an issue with the phone.
Hi - thanks for your reply. No I had only added 9 contacts so far, however at the 3rd time of unplugging and resetting everything all now seems OK, but appreciate your help

Other factors may come into play, such as how far from the base the handset is when you try to access the information, or whether there are many obstacles or sources of interference between handset and base.
Hopefully your issue will not return, but if it does it would be worth contacting the Helpdesk number shown on the product in case it is an issue with that particular phone.
