Bt range extender plug

All my Internet andoing wifi is working. Had a tp link extender n tHoughton it was broke after being in use for 3 months. So I bought the bt one set that one up and it's doing the same thing ie all connected to the hub/router but then saying no Internet secured when it's all set up right ??

First thing is to do a factory reset on the home hub.

See if that helps.

 

Range extenders usually perform very poorly, compared with proper wireless hotspot devices.

I've done that 20 times haha y I bought a new one thinking the first was broke as it had worked perfectly for months.

It's all conected to the router perfectly just still no Internet secured

Can you connect directly to the home hub wireless with the extender switched off?

 

Does a direct Ethernet cable connection work?
