Re: Bt whole home WiFi

Maybe try the 'factory reset' of the discs I mentioned above? Worth a try.

Re: Bt whole home WiFi

Hi @Slsargeant

Which router are you using to connect your Whole Home Wi-Fi discs? It's possible something is preventing the discs connecting to the Internet to check for updates. Have you tried to check a few times in case the server is busy?

Re: Bt whole home WiFi

Hi Dan, I tried all weekend. I have a 4G router, I have had 3 discs working perfect for 2 months and I just want to add 2 more to it but when I plugged in the new disc to the router I got a red light and then the firmware update message that won’t go away.
If I go on to the desktop version, it tells me that my firmware is the most current version.
