Camera jittery and no sound

Has anyone had a problem with the screen on their bt baby monitor whereby the activity is really jittery/delayed and the sound isn't being detected? Everything is fine using the app. I turned it off & on multiple times but it's not fixing it.

Hi @JSS1 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with your BT Baby monitor.

I found the below advice which may help.

You may experience interference due to:

  • Electrical equipment or large metal items located near the Baby and Parent units, such as TVs, PCs, modems/routers, microwaves. These should be placed at least one metre away from the units to avoid interference
  • Multiple walls between the Baby and Parent units. Make sure that the distance between the units are obscured by as few walls as possible.
