Can’t get a network response in initial setup

Maybe I’m the only one that’s had this problem, but I can’t get past the step testing the network connection.

The backstory- I’ve purchased the 3 disc system, taken the first disc out and powered up and plugged in. Indicator light is blue, password is typed in correctly, but I consistently get the error “There was no response from your network”. I’ve tried powering down the system and restarting, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
