I have a new smart hub 2 and I use a Panasonic Blue-ray player to watch iplayer, Youtube and Netflix. After setting the new router up, Netflix is working fine and I have an internet connection. But iplayer and Youtube give an error message; ''Internal communication error''.
Any ideas as to what has happened?
Thanks.

Log into MyBT, and disable BT Web Protect, as that can accidentally block certain sites. Also make sure that BT Parental controls are turned off, as that can also cause problems.
Were you using a different BT home hub before, or are you a new customer?
I have disabled BT Web Protect and Parental Controls. I had Fiber 2 with BT and just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. Yes, I use an Ethernet Cable to connect.

Does it work with your old home hub? If so, why did you change it?
I upgraded because it was actually cheaper per month:D

But does it still work with your original home hub, as it may be a compatibility issue with the Smart Hub 2?
Hmm..just checked and no, it does not work with old router now either. Correlation/causation thing on my part maybe:P
Thank you for all your replies. Really not sure what to do now or if this can be fixed. Although the firmware is up to date, perhaps I need to wait and see ...It does say in the error ''You tried to access the address which is currently unavailable.''
Thanks again Ol' Sage.
