Charged for box I returned
Hi there,
I am being constantly emailed and chased to return equipment I sent back nearly 4 weeks ago.
I sent both boxes (internet and tv) back into one bag and they are saying I haven’t sent it. I have been sent x2 more bags in the post.. how can I escalate this- I don’t think I can locate my tracking 😞

Re: Charged for box I returned
You should have got a proof of posting receipt when you sent the boxes back (always do it from a post office counter). Give them a ring and give them the tracking number and that should be that.
If you’ve lost it then explain this and see if they can do anything about it.

Re: Charged for box I returned
Unless you have your tracking there is no proof you sent them back and if you did they may have been lost by Royal Mail. It is important you keep any proof of posting for this reason. Sadly I would think BT are unlikely to remove any charges unless you can prove you sent them back.
