I received the Smarthub 2 and a single disc a couple of days ago. The reoccuring issue I am seeing is the disc turns red after happily working blue for hours. Despite me moving in to to several rooms including the same room as the router in ends up turning red. It's frustrating because all devices go down connected to it. Every location I have placed it including 12 feet in one occasion the app on my phone shows it's in an excellent place to locate it.
I have a second disc on it's way so waiting to see how this disc works. For now I have powered off the disc because I know it will turn red. I have factory reset both the disc and the hub but still seeing this issue. Any suggestions would be appreciatted. Hopefully the second disc just works and it's a fault with the original disc.
