Complete Wifi set up

Changed router ok but cant set up disk throughthe app the app doesnt show any menu options

Black apoarently bt say my app isnt recognising it and the app is full page saying it may not work properly in full page but i dont know how to reduce it

OK, thanks. If you haven't already, please have a look at this thread. If that doesn't help and the Wi-Fi option still doesn't appear in your MyBT app, then please contact the helpdesk asking to make sure your account has been successfully registered with Complete Wi-Fi.
