Configure Home Hub 5 Ports

I have an issue where a device keeps losing connection to a server on the Internet.

The advice from the Solar edge help desk is to add or check the following port configuration

Make sure that the following ports are open:
TCP ports 22222, 22221, 443,,

I believe this should be some where in the port forwarding configuration .

When I go into advanced setting port forwarding I can see where to add a new application  and where to add the ports,

but not where to add the "prod.solaredge -----"    any help on what to do or indeed how do i check that these prots are open.
