@WSH Those unkind words in the article “the legacy SH2 with its out of date WiFi 5 networking” will not sit well with some. I’ll get my coat 🧥
@Kimberlin Well that's true but it's also equally true that the SH2 does the job perfectly well for some of us. Not everybody uses Wi-Fi. Some of us are part of the generation brought up to believe real networks use wires. (And yes, I know somethings are wireless only today. That wasn't intended to initiate another argument, so let's not go off on one again).
Personally, I'm just trying to break in a shiny new Draytek 2767 but it seems to be having an issue with IPv6 and the RA, so nobody is perfect.
Each to his own. I'll get my coat too. Are the pubs open yet?
@WSH ‘Spoons 👍
My comment believe it not wasn’t meant to cause an argument or start another debate, I was merely pointing out that it isn’t just the likes of myself who have been stating it.
I get it, there’s a lot of customers out there who really don’t care about their router, but if they actually experienced decent up to date equipment, they would probably notice the difference, especially using better WiFi protocols.
