Disc wont connect

I have the BT whole home wifi range extender kit for my house, all 3 discs were functioning correctly until one of them was plugged out, after it was plugged back in, the disc will not connect to the wifi or to either of the other discs, I have tried factory resetting and turning it on and off again until its connected but the light stays purple. I am unsure what to do

@TerribleWidiMan, can you try factory resetting all the discs then follow the setup guide to connect them back up? If you need further help the Whole home wifi helpdesk can be contacted on the below details.

I have very similar problem. One disc won’t connect. Have had discs for over a year. Non connecting one has purple light constantly on despite doing factory reset & trying to re-connect directly with home hub etc. 
Stuck for ideas now?

Hi David.
Thanks for your message.
Have already sent an email to the address he’s listed and waiting to hear back.
Bit wary to factory reset my other 2 functioning discs when it’s not worked for the original faulty one, (as don’t want to b*gger them up too...)
