I have the BT whole home wifi range extender kit for my house, all 3 discs were functioning correctly until one of them was plugged out, after it was plugged back in, the disc will not connect to the wifi or to either of the other discs, I have tried factory resetting and turning it on and off again until its connected but the light stays purple. I am unsure what to do

I have very similar problem. One disc won’t connect. Have had discs for over a year. Non connecting one has purple light constantly on despite doing factory reset & trying to re-connect directly with home hub etc.
Stuck for ideas now?
