My name is Si Thu, a current BT Broadband customer.
I've moved to a new home yesterday and there's a line but when I checked online about moving BT service, it asked 9.99£ for delivering the BT Router Device.
I brought my device to the new home and I don't need a new one.
Could somebody please explain this to me?
