Hello, 

Went to the business installation over the weekend, checked / replaced the ethernet cable went through the setting up procedure again. Worked / Paired okay for a few minutes with EE logo Blue then changed as the picture shows to red and flashing. Logging onto the  BT Business router it was showing Hybrid Connect  signal strength good Status Ready.

I've possibly exhausted all the checks I can do at this point in time and have put to one side until I have more feedback on how to resolve, bearing in mind this happens at 2 other locations. Thank you for all your help so far.

I would recommend getting in touch with our technical care team. 

The team will complete some troubleshooting to try find the cause of this.
