Equipment return

Hi,

I have recently changed broadband provider from BT and was told i need to return my router. I received the return bags and sent the router back on 12th January. Its been over three weeks and my account still shows awaiting return. I have the proof of postage from the post office, can someone tell me who i need to contact to confirm it has been recieved?

You can wait for the system to update, once the warehouse receive it, the equipment is checked for damage, then it gets scanned onto the system to stop the reminders, if it's causing you worry you can call 0800 800 150, speak with the connections team and provide the tracking reference, they can update manually once they veify it's returned.
