I have a new Extender 300, using with a new BT Smart Hub 2. All set up easily, but the Extender light shows only amber when plugged in, and never goes to green. Even when plugged in within a few feet of the Hub, in the same room. As a result, the signal is not as strong as it should be. Any comments or suggestions gratefully received!

Here is a look at what the lights on the device mean..
The solid amber light means that the device is too close to the Hub/Router. Can you try and move further away to see if it still happens? If you're still having problems your best bet would be to have a chat with product support. You can find the contact details on the last page of the user guide.
