My HH5a updated an hour ago, just curious if anyone knows what these changes are for
BT Home Hub 5 (Type A) | Software version 18.104.22.168.83.8.264 | Last updated 04/03/19
Anyone know what this change was for.
Thats interesting, I can't tell if it affects us as we have tplink deco discs running in our property so wifi from the hh5 is manually turned off on ours!.
Yeah not happy. 5GHz regularly losing internet connection and router needs to be restarted. Happened around 10 times since the update
Hi @Retrovertigo Sorry you are also experiencing issues since the update. We will be happy to help you with this. I've sent you a Private message explaining how you can contact the forum moderation team.

@JohnC2Hi John. I ordered the Ultrafast 2 upgrade yesterday so will be receiving the SuperHub 2 on Monday 18th March. I'm assuming that will put an end to my 5Ghz issues 🙂
I didn't order it just to sort out that issue of course! I'm on top of one of the street cabinets, and always get pretty much full speed, so the upgrade should give me a great boost, especially as I'm all digital with Xbox One games, and some are hitting over 100gb downloads now!
Anyway, I'm digressing. But thanks for your reply 🙂
