Halo 1 Wi-fi disk (Black) with permanent solid purple light
I received my 3rd Wi-fi disk for my Smart Hub 2 and initialised it and then moved it to its final position. It seemed to work well for about 1 hour and then the light went solid purple. I have tried changing locations and a factory reset and the light remains solid purple. The disk was initially recognised by the My BT app (I changed it’s name), but now it is not recognised by the MyBT app. is the disk faulty? Are there clear instructions on doing a factory reset, since I’m not sure if I have reset it correctly.
