Having cancelled BT TV I was asked to return my recordable box which I duly have done.
According to Royal Mail tracking the item was delivered on 19-01-2022. My account still says waiting for return.

Thanks for taking the time to return the equipment to us.
It can take a few weeks to fully register that it has been received. Keep a hold of the tracking information as we can use it to track it if it doesn't show as returned soon.

You need to hang on in there! My return of TV box last year took 2 months before flag removed.
All sorted. Spoke on chat, provided tracking details and account updated to reflect my return.
