Help BT Whole Home devices connected but no internet

Hi all,

I have emailed BT support but 5 days ago and still waiting for help. Basically my BT Whole Home WiFi was excellent, installed around November and worked fine. However for a month now it has been a nightmare.... I have changed no settings at all and it just came from nowhere. I have a bt smart hub 6 and the WiFi is off. I have 3 disc whole home and devices just keep losing Internet and it is random devices. I reboot it and then it affects another device and I reboot again and the problem is moved to yet another device. I am tearing my hair out... I can not get all my devices working again. I changed the bt whole home to compatability mode and it has not helped.
The devices connect to the whole home WiFi but with no Internet. Please help :-)

I forgot to say, I purchased from maplin but will bt accept a return and refund for this, I just want to give up on it now...it has drove me mad.

There is a very long thread on the latest firmware .

Read through as much of that as you can stomach and pick a course of action
