Home Hub

I have the home hub 6, when looking at the devices connected, it shows an iPhone connected even when the iPhone concerned is not at home (I have checked with the IP address).

Also there is another device linked to the hub for which I have set access control but I cannot see the access control icon next to the signal. When I click on the device icon it says no access control set, however the advance setting shows  that the access control has been set for the device. Will the access control work for this device? It is not set to a particular port and port is designated as unspecified. (I am not sure what the device is )

Any information will be most appreciated

Re: Home Hub

In the list of devices, is the background colour for the iPhone Green when it's not connected? (it should be grey).

The access control on the HH6 is flaky at best

Re: Home Hub

It sounds like a factory reset is in order, back your configuration up first and you can easily restore it afterwards
