How do I get a returns bag for my BT TV Equipment?

Have you been asked to return it?  When was it originally issued to you?

It was originally issued to me in 2020, I havn't been asked to return it , but the website does say they will charge me ?

All BT equipment issued after 13th Dec 2019, is only loaned, and would need to be returned if you leave BT, otherwise you could be charged.

Thank you , I found this information , my problem is I have spent over an hour looking for the return equipment link and it does not seem to be there ?? 

This does seem to be a recurring issue from the conversations in the forum.
