I'm not aware of anyway obtaining the production year of your Hub.
What is it you are trying to do?

I would like to discover if the device is broken. I'm wondering to know how old it is even if I bought it 5 months ago on Internet. I discovered that into the power supply there is the production year and month 1634 -> 2016 and 34 week. So maybe also the device is of the same time.
Look at the serial number. For most boxes it will be something like this:
The two digits after the second + indicate the year and week, for example 2015 week 48.
I am curious how knowing the year the device was produced or how old it is will tell you if the device is broken?
It could have been produced two years ago but never been used until you purchased it.
