Hybrid connect

I have been trying to turn off the main blue light on my hybrid connect box using the MyBT app on my phone. I can switch from High too Off and save the changes, but the light does not go off and when I check the app it shows that the setting is on high. Anybody have any idea what to do next?

I read that the only solution to this is low tech. Black insulting tape. Wait for the fix to follow
