I cannot get my white discs to work with the the new BT Halo and EE hubs

Just upgraded to Halo with EE backup and have instantly lost all connections to my white booster discs which I need because of very thick wall in an old granite cottage. Are they not compatible to this new system?

If you are talking about the BT Whole Home system, then that should still work provided one of the discs are still physically connected to the Smart Hub 2. They cannot connect using wireless as they are not compatible with the Smart Hub 2 mesh.
