Re: icon on display window

What does internal mean - why is it there and what does it do?

Having problems with phone so trying to eliminate anything that could be the issue

Re: icon on display window

I think if you press it then it will make the phone ring, in case its fallen down the back of the sofa and you can't find it.

Re: icon on display window

Thanks but I don’t understand.

It isn’t really a button as it is on the screen part just above mute button and you couldn’t press it if the phone has fallen down the sofa. There isn’t an int button on the base unit either

I had a look for the user guide, you can find it here.  http://btsupport.custhelp.com/ci/fattach/get/5111177/1506349842/redirect/1/session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xN...

As far as I can see I think its for a feature that allows you to make calls between handsets

Re: icon on display window

@Rachels what problems are you having with the phone? Sometimes resetting the handset and base can resolve issues, page 46 on the userguide that @Iangla  posted shows you how to do that.
