Agree, but why is it up to the customer to get the independent advice?. The contract with BT is only 4 months old (out of 18 months) & their answers are not satisfactory.  Am going to raise formal complaint & copy Trading Standards & OFCOM & if nothing else get released from the contract. I know I am not alone as you can see many other people on the forum with the same issue. They have made a change that has made a fit for purpose product unfit for purpose
