Mini Conector problem

Hi everyone

I am a new BT customer I have a annoying problem.

I have connected my 1st tv to my router and freeview box and everything workes fine,

I have connected my 2nd tv in to my 2nd freeview box and a mini conector (which has a costant blue light) but I get the on screen message "Broadband conection unavailable" Ive done all the usual things turn everything off, reboot router re-pair connectors etc. I'm sure its something simple I'm missing

Any help would be greatfully appreciated

Thankyou

Re: Mini Conector problem

Does the second TV work if you disconnect the first freeview box from the router?

Re: Mini Conector problem

So they are BT YouView boxes.

Have you subscribed to BT multiroom? If not, only one box will work at a time.

See http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/48891/~/can-i-watch-bt-tv-in-more-than-one-room%3F

Without it, you should still be able to watch FreeView channels delivered down your TV aerial, but not subscription channels delivered using multicast over the Internet.
