Mini Hub

I recently had trouble getting my fibre installed - something about there being cement preventing them from getting to the wires outside. Now, neen over 2 weeks without Internet so far. They sent me a mini hub today, but every time I try to use it it says the following. This is causing my family a lot of frustration...

Hi @MattC5555 I'm very sorry about the delay getting your fibre broadband installed and the problems you're experiencing with the mini-hub.

It sounds like an order will need to be placed to activate the mini-hub and the fastest way to get this sorted would be to call our fibre connections team on 0800 587 4787
