Mini Whole Home Wifi disconnects

Hi,

I've using one mini whole home wifi unit connected via ethernet to a Smart Hub 2.

Every morning (and usually when I'm on a Skype call) all the devices connected via the mini whole home wifi unit disconnect from the network and take a few minutes to reconnect. I can see in the Smart Hub log all the disconnects and reconnects, but I don't know why the mini whole home wifi unit does this. This morning I used the app and saw the status was red. Are there any better logs on the mini whole home wifi that might show what is happening?

Hi @AdeEll  sorry your WHW mini is disconnecting sometimes. It would be best to contact the WHW product team and they'll be happy to help you with this. You can call on 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm)
