BT Customer experience survey
I can connect to the HotSpot SSID via Wi-Fi but the Ethernet connection shows as the BT Hub SSID and says "No Internet". Any suggestions please.
Hi @blackie944 Sorry you are having a problem with the connection on the Hotspot 500.
Please check out the FAQ's for the Hotspot 500 and I hope this helps you fix this.
