Mini hub

My mini hub wouldn't connect today and now it won't switch on. I have tried resets etc. Should I get a replacement or is there anything else I need to do?

did you get hub because you had lost internet connection

Yes. There was problems with my broadband & because i am a keyworker i was sent the mini hub for a month to keep me going

No the hub won't switch on. No lights when i push the power button.

It had plenty of charge but i will leave it plugged in to see if that makes a difference

Try the reset button or hold the power button down for ten seconds.

The only option left is to call BT and hopefully they will send you a replacement, as it could be a faulty battery.
