More **bleep** Support From BT

Installed a BT whole home system yesterday and hit some problems. Looked for a tech support number on the documentation and nothing available. All other companies that supply this sort of equipment include a tech support number in their documentation. What are BT afraid of?

Thanks Neil0. Useful info. I'm sorry but I did not see the number in the User Guide. I'll check again and accept my apologies if included. I have turned off the wifi on the Home Hub 6. Is that a good move?

That's a good move. There's no point having the two wireless signals competing with each other.
