My BT Remote Has Virtually Stopped Working

Hi 👋. I've changed the batteries. Turned the TV off & on, done same with TV Box, tried resetting remote & reconnecting it to TV but to no avail. The only time the remote works is when I switch TV box & TV on manually & use remote to turn on the TV box on from red to blue lights, after that none of the buttons work, no volume adjustments, can't change channels & can't even switch off the TV box to put it to sleep (red).

It's driving me potty 😒 not being able to rectify the problem.

Can anyone offer any further help/advise

If you're in contract, ask BT for a replacement. If not, buy one for a few quid on Ebay.

Hi Guru.

Thanks for the hint.

I contacted the team on webchat & the agent there was very helpful we resolved the issue, he did a refresh of my tv box from his end and all is working fine again.
