additional discs only show on the web GUI not the iPhone App.
Yes I started with a 3 pack and then added 1 disc..
during the issues with connectivity I have done factory resets and re added discs a couple of times.. so perhaps that’s reason.
I've just bought the Premium Wholehome 3 pack. I installed it yesterday and immediately after installation updated the firmware. It's now 16 hours since the update. All discs are still flashing purple & I cannot connect via the Wholehome App. Fortunately, I can connect devices to the network.
Is this normal? How long will it take until the lights on the discs stop flashing and I am able to connect again?
Yes, I've managed to log into the web user interface.
Under network status there's just a picture of a router, no information. Nothing under discs and nothing under devices.
Under the other menus, there is no information.
It's as though the Discs do not exist

Interestingly, the firmware is at the right version SGAB203010, but the app says last updated "never".
Still, good to have everything up and working, thanks 🙂
This update has done wonders for the reliability of the system
My discs have been up for nearly 48 hours without needing a reboot and I have no reason to believe they shouldn't stay up. I seem to be getting less of the app saying it can't connect - although it does hang sometimes when you return to the app after a while. Killing the app and going back in usually sorts that out speedily though.
Still waiting for a bridge mode so that my existing router has full control of each device again (QOS) but in the mean time it is very usable.
Hopefully as the updates continue to improve reliability and introduce new features the product will gain some respect and improved reviews.
It's been a week since the updates; no network drops, no restarts required, I'm pretty sure our ISP had a lapse in service and the mesh didn't detonate like it used to do following the slightest blip. Massive thanks to the devs!
Since the firmware update things have settled down..
I had a few issues after and disconnected Ethernet connection between sky box and one of discs in the lounge.. this seems to have stabilised things..
thing is now the disc in the lounge now nothing connects to it.. it shows on the App as ok but no devices are shown to connect or next to no data is shown on this disc..
