If your Whole Home is still having problems after power resetting the discs, I would recommend that you contact the BT help desk, by phone on 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm) or by email on btconnectedhome@bt.com before rolling back, The helpdesk can then have a look at the Whole Home logs and help check your setup and connection status. I believe the latest update just improved the drivers so improving the range and connection between discs.
As the discs are active devices if they see a better connection the topology will change its expected behaviour.

I have five discs and they are all working well, but I have problems with the apps.

The Windows app ignores one of the discs entirely, and just shows the other four.

The Android app shows the fifth disc, but says it is disconnected.

This is while my phone is sitting next to the fifth disk and is most definitely connected to it.

Is this likely to be corrected?
