I recently ordered a BT hub. I’m a new customer so i had to pick a date for an engineer to install a landline too. This would have been originally for tomorrow 8th April 2020, however. When on the BT app, i had to change the date and have it be pushed back to the end of April. To which the BT app then told me the new engineer date would be May 6th 2020 (no clue why) I looked and tried to change it to a date that would suit me better, however i just kept getting the message this order could not be amended. This was no issue I will work around it. Now, when i track my order it just says “No Orders found” I’m unsure of why, i didn’t cancel and had no contact from BT that my order would be cancelled. However the Hub has been sent to my door multiple times. (to which i haven’t been home for and will not fit through letter box)
i have tried to call, no answer, live chat is unavailable and no email
is my engineer coming or not?
